ProgrammingDiscover. Develop. Amplify.
After 3 Amplified provides after-school extracurricular programs to students, giving them access to activities in sports, arts, music, and more. We fill the critical hours between 3 PM and evening with structured, engaging, and enriching programs that develop skills, build confidence, and unlock potential that the traditional school day cannot.

Student Leadership Track
Beyond participating, students who show initiative can move into A3A's leadership track, where they're trained and mentored to organize their own clubs, run programming for their peers, and mentor younger students coming up behind them. This is how A3A multiplies impact: not just by handing out opportunity, but by growing the next generation of student leaders who create it for others.
How we provide support and provide access to students
Structure & Schedule
Programs run directly after the school bell rings (3 PM to evening) on campus, filling the critical after-school hours with structured, hands-on enrichment.
Age Groups Served
Designed for students aged 12–18 in Title I schools across Washington, DC. Fully funded with zero cost barriers for participating families.
School Partnerships
We partner directly with public and charter school administration to provide safe spaces, materials, and experienced community mentors.
Leadership Track for New and Potential Student Leaders
A3A offers a Leadership Track for students who want to take on greater roles within their program. Student leaders will be trained on how to help guide peers, support younger participants, and build skills in communication, responsibility, and teamwork.
