After 3 Amplified (A3A) fills the critical hours between the school bell and evening with structured, engaging extracurricular programs, because what happens after school shapes who a child becomes.
What We Do?
After 3 Amplified is a nonprofit organization that provides after-school extracurricular programs to students, giving them access to activities in sports, arts, music, and more. We don't just provide access to extracurriculars. We cultivate student confidence by empowering student leadership of their passions through extracurriculars. We remove financial and access barriers so that every student, regardless of zip code or income, has the opportunity to discover, develop, and lead in the passions they care about.
Access

Amplification
We don't just provide programs, we turn up the volume on each child's unique gifts, talents, and potential.
Student Leadership
We don't stop at access. We train and mentor students to organize their own clubs, run their own programs, and lead other students, so passion multiplies passion.

A club, a team, a passion- it isn't extra. For a lot of students, it's the thing that keeps them here.
Students Aren't Just Showing Up. They're Leading.
A lot of programs stop at access. They hand a student an opportunity and call it done. We don't stop there.
At A3A, students aren't just the ones showing up. They're the ones leading. We invest in training and mentoring students to organize their own clubs, run their own programs, and shape their passions in a way that's true to them, not a version handed down by an adult who thinks they know best.
And it doesn't end with just leading themselves. Our students grow into the ones who bring other students in. They become the mentor a younger student needs. They become the reason someone else's spark gets lit too.
That's the model. Students leading students. Passion multiplying passion.
